Our energy law practice extends beyond the borders of Turkey and encompasses all sectors and cross-disciplinary legal issues.


We have provided legal consulting on large scale transactions concerning refineries, oil and gas exploration and production companies, local gas distribution companies, coal mines, electric utilities, independent power producers, pipelines, marine terminal service providers, nuclear power plants and related public tender procedures that require special expertise with public tender law and negotiations with governmental agencies.

We also focus on renewable energy in addition to our extensive practice with   energy sources. We have substantial experience and active involvement with wind, solar, hydroelectric, and geothermal power, bio-diesel and hybrid systems. We also contribute to the formulation of Turkish renewable energy related legislation through scholarly works prepared by our partners.

We collaborate with other industry specialists to offer comprehensive advice relating to international arbitration, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), M&A, project finance, transaction structuring, licensing, and environmental issues.
