Land use, development and construction issues are often interrelated, requiring close cooperation and strategy among legal counsel, architects, engineers, and contractors. Our firm has extensive experience in zoning and land use planning, and our on-the-job site experience includes new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, historic preservation and master planning of communities. We advise on historic preservation issues and defend clients against legal challenges to their land use/development projects. We assist clients in analyzing development rights and zoning requirements at the outset of their projects and perform extensive due diligence studies before problems arise.

Our attorneys have represented developers and converters of many large, mixed-use residential, hotel and retirement communities as well as clients forming condominiums and homeowner associations, cooperatives and different forms of time-share and fractional interest structures.  We also represent clients in major residential financing transactions.

We are one of a few Turkish-based consulting firms with a practice in design and construction law. We have represented both private and public lenders in financing and workouts of residential and commercial properties and have negotiated contracts with many of the largest construction companies and renowned architects.  Our strategic partners are able to provide cost-estimating services as well as feasibility analysis for projects of all sizes.
